Hallo my name is Janet dodd and i am a customer . I have tried ringing the customer service number but that just goes to a voice mail what number can i ring to speak with a human as despite leaving messages with my phone number to call me back no one does.

I wish to report a fraudulent use of my debit card. And request a refund ASAP

Not worth the hassle

I have been locked out of my account over 5 days. Unable to access my funds.

Verification code does not reach my registered mobile number after numerous attempts. They have no other Verification method for me to access my account except for this mobile code.

Very disappointed with the customer service. I had no issues with the hyperjar app until I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and my problems began.

In the process of trying to get my entire funds transferred to my linked account and do away with hyperjar.

Not a direct line

They don't have a direct line to help, just a live chat. Also, it won't allow me to access my account to show my transactions, which is a nightmare.

Each time I talk with them on live chat, they keep telling me to do these steps, and I have followed these steps, and the end result is still the same. So, I don't understand how else they can help me; it's quite useless.

I got paid my student finance today, and I was struggling to sign in with the code that was sent to me. Every time I try, it keeps saying code not authorized.

My funds have are on hold and im not able to buy my car.

My car got stolen, I have been paid by the insurance company to purchase a new car. I sent all documents Hyperjar asked for because the account got put on hold.

After Hyperjar accepted my documents, the block came off. I now transferred the money to buy the car and once again my account got put on hold. I have provided all the documents Hyperjar has asked me for and still, my account remains blocked.

This has caused me serious stress and anxiety, as I look after my sick mum and need to buy the car to take her to her appointments, shopping, etc. I'm not happy with this service at all and I'm considering submitting my case directly to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) for resolution and compensation.

It wont send me the code as Im away in Italy Im using my phone number and still wont send it now I dont have access to any of my money
